In the left Report pane of the Errors page, you can check the items you want to have validated when opening a document. Some Report options display expanded settings on the right Error Settings pane when selected.
You can decide to generate a report Always, Never, or have the software Ask you each time you open a document.
For creating default Report Settings, select the validation options you want to apply and click the + symbol to enter a name for your checklist. This way, you can set up multiple custom report settings in the Report Settings drop–down list.
